Kate Middleton, now referred to formally as Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, got a chance to attend a royal wedding on Saturday without the stress planning when Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter Zara Phillips married rugby player Mike Tindall in Scotland.
For the ceremony, Kate wore a cream-colored coat topped off with a hat to match. People magazine notes that Kate previously stepped out in the coat to the wedding of Laura Parker Bowles, daughter of Prince Charles' wife Camilla, in 2006.
The Royal couple finished a brief tour of North America recently which began on June 30 in Canada and ended in Los Angeles on July 10.
Phillips, 30, and Tindall, 32, became engaged in December. She is 12th in line to the throne and met Tindall in 2003 during at the Rugby World Cup in Australia, which was won by England. Phillips is the daughter of Princess Anne, the Queen's only daughter, and her former husband, Captain Mark Phillips, an Olympic gold medal-winning equestrian.
